Before you get started
Your commercial
electrical questions.
Do you handle ground-up commercial construction?
Yes. Salmon Electrical Contractors provides electrical work for new commercial construction, as well as tenant improvements, renovations and upgrades. Share your plans, location, electrical scope and schedule so our team can review the project.
Can I request a one-time repair or service visit?
Yes. You can contact us for troubleshooting, repairs, lighting work and other stand-alone commercial electrical services. Recurring maintenance can be discussed separately.
What can a preventive maintenance plan include?
A building-specific plan can include thermal imaging, annual torque checks of major terminations, panel cleaning, large breaker inspection, cleaning and lubrication, feeder wire capacity and integrity testing, transformer and load testing, and emergency-system and generator testing. Final scope and timing depend on your equipment and operating requirements.
Do you provide emergency electrical repairs?
Yes. Call the Nevada office at (702) 263-6635 or the Arizona office at (480) 691-0074 to discuss urgent service. For Nevada after-hours emergency electrical service, call (702) 289-7962. If there is fire, smoke or an immediate life-safety danger, call 911.
Which commercial properties do you serve?
We work with general contractors, developers, property managers and facility teams on office buildings, restaurants, retail centers, gas stations, warehouses, industrial properties and multifamily common areas.
Can you help with lighting, panel upgrades and commercial EV charging?
Yes. Discuss your lighting, electrical distribution or commercial EV charging needs with our team. Equipment selection, charger locations, electrical capacity and installation scope are reviewed for the property.
Where do your local teams work?
Our local offices serve Las Vegas and Southern Nevada, as well as Tempe and the Phoenix area in Arizona. Contact the relevant office to confirm service for your project location.
What should I send with a project inquiry?
Share the property address, service or project type, affected equipment, available plans, site-access requirements and your preferred schedule. We will review the details and discuss the next steps.
